What Is Your Return Policy?

We hope you love your order — each piece is made with care and attention to detail. But if something isn’t quite right, we do accept returns on eligible items within the timeframe listed below.

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags and packaging must be intact
• Returns must be requested within the 14-day window

To start a return, email us at return@dearbilly.us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Approval

Returns are subject to review. If an item arrives in a condition that doesn’t meet our return standards, we will return it back to you. In that case, return shipping will be invoiced separately.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Final Sale

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Made-to-order or personalized items.

Backorders

Some styles may be listed as backorder — this means they’re available to purchase in advance before restock.
• The estimated ship date will be listed on the product page
• Payment is taken at checkout to secure your order
• Orders that include both in-stock and backordered items will ship together

If you’d prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

International Orders

International returns are accepted, though:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs or duty fees
• We do not provide return labels for international orders
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method

At this time, we do not offer exchanges on international orders.
